Welcome to Our Serviced Apartments

We are delighted to host you in Chennai. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies during your stay:

Reservation and Check-In Policy
  • Bookings: Reservations can be made online, via online channel partners, via phone, or email. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI payments. A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address detailing your stay and payment receipt.
  • Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Aadhaar card) at check-in to verify their identity and age.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. The amount will be specified at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
II. Accommodation Policy
  • Maximum Occupancy: Each apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate a specific number of guests. The standard occupancy is two guests per room. The 2-bedroom apartments have a maximum occupancy of four guests. Exceptions may apply for families with small children.
  • Infants and Children: Infants and children are counted towards the occupancy limit unless specific exemptions are stated. Baby cots or cribs can be provided upon request, subject to availability. There may be an additional charge, so please inquire at the time of booking.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests regarding apartment occupancy (e.g., arranging additional bedding, room configurations) should be made in advance and will be accommodated based on availability.
  • Visitors: Guests may have visitors during their stay, however, all visitors must leave the premises by 8:00 PM. For security reasons, visitors should be registered at the reception upon arrival. Unregistered visitors are not allowed overnight.
III. Amenities and Services
  • Internet and TV: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and 32" Android TV are available in all rooms/apartments.
  • Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is provided. Towels and linens are changed every three days or upon request.
  • Parking: Free parking is available on the ground level. Parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Security: 24-hour security surveillance and personnel are on-site to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
  • Transportation Services: Airport shuttle services can be arranged upon request. Local transportation options, including rental cars, taxis, and advice on public transit, are also available.
IV. Guest Conduct
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building.
  • Noise: To ensure a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Safety: Do not leave personal belongings unattended in public areas. The management is not responsible for loss or theft.
V.Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay.
  • No Show: No refund for no show.
VI.Refund Policy
  • Refund: The refund amount will be credited to customers bank account within 7 to 9 working days.
VII.Liability and Damage
  • Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest's bill.
  • Liability: The management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
VIII. Departure
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Key/Card Return: Please return all keys/cards to the reception at check-out. A fee will be charged for lost keys/cards.
IX. Jurisdiction
  • All legal disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The venue of arbitration shall be Chennai only and the language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

X. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. Personal data collected is used solely for processing your booking and enhancing your guest experience.
XI. Modifications to Policies
  • The management reserves the right to amend or add to these policies at any time without prior notice.
